I don't oversee your renovation—I do the work. Every phase of your project is completed by me, from demolition and carpentry to installation and the finishing details. I also provide expert design guidance, including full or partial reconfigurations, and help you select cabinetry, hardware, tile, and appliances. I take on only one project at a time, giving your project my undivided attention until it's finished on time, on budget, and without the disruption of rotating subcontractors.

2. MATERIAL SELECTION
Only Quality Materials
After our meeting, I'll direct you to a few suppliers whom I've worked with for years and trust. The professionals will assist you in the selection of all of your material needs, providing technical and design insights. I never work with builder-grade materials - only quality products that maintain their functionality and beauty over time.

3. YOUR DETAILED PROPOSAL
Never an Estimate
Within three days of making all your material selections, you'll receive a detailed proposal with an actual price - not an estimate - so you'll know exactly what the job entails, the precise cost, and when payments are due. Your proposal also includes information about my $1 million insurance coverage.​

4. THE RENOVATION
I'll be with you for a few weeks.
From demolition to final touches, I’m on-site five days a week, focused solely on your project. I never cut corners, using only quality materials and focusing on craftsmanship. Because your job is my only job, it’s completed efficiently—about two weeks for a bathroom remodel and four for a kitchen. I go above and beyond to keep the process stress-free and dust-free, and I guarantee you’ll love the result.
